I got a card in the mail from Dental Health Experts, $59 for exam and x-rays. After not having my teeth cleaned for quite some time, I thought I would go check this place out.

I am so very glad I went to Dental Health Experts!! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Gromak DOES AWESOME WORK!!!

I will definitely go back there for my cleanings and any other dental work I may need in the future. I anyone is looking for a good dentist and friendly staff....THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

Patient BEWARE!!! This place advertises for $89 tooth extractions and $59 x-ray with cleaning.

I went in there to get 3 teeth pulled. At first they quoted me a bill for $8685. I told them that I didn’t need all the extra treatments they wanted to do, I just want my teeth pulled for the advertised price of $89. At that point the office assistant said “OK”.

It took the dentist less than 30 seconds to extract each tooth, 3 total. After they were finished I was told they charged my Mother’s credit card $944. (Which I have to pay back). They knew the amount I was able to spend and with plenty of opportunity to properly inform me that they weren’t going to charge me $89 a tooth but instead charge me $295 a tooth plus the $59 for X-ray (no cleaning as advertised).

If I was properly informed I would have not consented to this treatment because at the moment I am unemployed and living with relatives. I was in a lot of pain and my mom offered to put the amount on her credit card for what she thought was $89 a tooth. There are a lot of great dentist out there that truly care about their patients and not just how much money they can squeeze out of them each time they come in for a visit. If I was you, I would look for a dental office with integrity and compassion.

Called Dental Health Experts for a tooth extractions, my husband's normal dentist doesn't do them. I got a quote of $89 for extraction and $59 for exam, made the appointment.

No one said anything else about the extraction costing more. I was asked to pay before the procedure was done, couldn't read my receipt, didn't think about it. When I checked my credit card charges, they had charged me $354 for what was quoted as $150. The procedure took about 5 minutes, no stitches, nothing extra, just the extraction.

I feel as if we have been robbed at gunpoint. Stay away from these crooks.

Over the past 16 years, I had removable denture. Recently, while I was searching for the best dental cares due to the ones was broke.

I called them finally got same day appointment on Dec 28, 2011. Met with the dentists both female and male, both take time explained things and recommend me what it needs to be done in my mouth including price before they can do anything with my mouth. I got a price quote and did not feel like I want to spend over $7,000, so I told them that I was going to replace a removable denture instead, after that the female dentist acts unprofessional/attitude completely and told me to come back in one week for my new denture. Today, is my appointment and my new denture totally unfitted and unshaped, my old ones look and feel much better and its fit perfectly.

I told her it's did not fit, she immediately says that the removable denture is not supposed to be perfect and that is all they can do for me. I did not pay $ 500 for this crab dentists attitude/unprofessional. Oh I forgot my removable denture is on teeth # 7 and 8, so she told me it's not supposed to look perfect….

She said I am picky about it, she got up and walked away and schedules me in 2 weeks to talk to lap person who designs my denture. Not only that, I said if I am not going to get a new one I will have to cancel the transaction she said I can't do that.

After speaking with the dental assistant extensively and being told the range of 99.00 - 200.00 for an extraction an appointment was made after the x-ray and being correct on which tooth needed to be extracted another price of 300.00 was given which did not include the exam. Not a good practice to bait someone and expect them to be happy with the price change, After paying for the exam and leaving to seek a professional opinion from an oral surgeon the price with exam as well as extraction was under 200.00 Surgeon stated there was no need for any surgery and anyone would of known by looking at the x-ray the roots were not deep enough. ( Do Not Go There) Trying to get rich over night at the expense of someone else's necessity.
