To purchase spark plugs
Went to several auto stores to purchase Denso spark plugs none carries them called the company directly no one answers the phone so I purchased another brand thanks for nothing

Verified ReviewerWaranty problem #2 with a radiator
Several emails were sent a year ago about the original failure. I sent a recent email asking for help and here is my reply.I am very sorry to hear about your trouble with the item you purchased.Unfortunately we are not a retail facility and we cant help you, in addition Rock Auto is not an authorized DENSO retailer. Denso will not help with the second replacement radiator since it's a few weeks over the 1 year warranty. MADE IN CHINA no longer a JAPAN product with a bad warranty and quality even though it cost more then the competitors lifetime radiators.

Cabin Air Filter Doesn’t Fit

Message: I purchased (order#10187****) a cabin air filter Denso# 453-**** from Rockauto Parts on 1/22/2019 which I did not attempt to install until 33 days later. The filter is too thick to fit the bracket in my 2016 Lincoln MKX vin 2LMTJ6LR1GBL43478. Since their warranty period ends after thirty days, I can no longer file a claim electronically. I have been two months trying to contact them or waiting for them to return my emails and calls. I hope that you will check this problem out to make sure other purchasers are not disappointed with your product like I am. I have always been well pleased with your products with my Honda autos and motorcycle. I also hope you will rectify this problem with me. Thank you Charles Bianchi

I received an email from Denso stating all warranty issues must be adjusted at the retail level.
