Problema:
El PRIME GO+ funciona perfectamente en modo independiente y entra en modo computadora correctamente.

- - Phone cannot play music through the Denon SC Live 4.
- - Beatsource differs on laptop and phone; a song isn't found on the laptop but is on the phone.
I can't get my phone to play music through the Denon SC Live 4. When using Beatsource, the screen looks completely different than when Beatsource is on my phone screen.
The first song I tried to find, 'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Goulding, couldn't be found on the laptop connected to the Denon SC Live 4 controller. However, when I looked it up on my phone on Beatsource, it came right up.
I'm upset as this is not how it was explained to me. I just want the Denon SC Live 4 to operate as it is supposed to, and I can't talk to anyone.
