Unprofessional and unpleasant people answering the phones
Ordered helmet and shield. Paid for 3 day shipping which was extra.
Called to see why we got a text that said your package is arriving later than expected date. The lady there that answers the phone is unprofessional and a joke to work with.
Will not be using them EVER again. Not because package isn't here yet but because of the customer service!

Order number 1050**** date ordered May 11 2023. 41338 heavy duty handlebar bushing kit $22.10 are not the correct bushing kit.
The web site said it would fit my 1997 Harley Davidson FLSTS . my bushings are 1 5/8 inch out side diameter the one you sent me are 1 1/4 inch please send me a return lable to ship them back and send me the correct bushings thanks Garry

Preferred solution: Send return lable to get this kit back and Send me the correct handlebar bushing kit. DennisKirk knows what bike I have and who I am. Because I have purchased parts for the 1997 FLSTS before
