I live in Virginia and this company has been a nightmare to work with. I have been dealing with them since january 3 2017.
I have contacted them several times for a refund. What they do is give you the run around until it has been 180 days and then claim that paypal has your money and is refusing to give it up. These are all lies. Paypal security refund policy expires after 180 days.
Up until that point they can issue a refund automatically. I promise you that denlab and instasmile never contacted them for your refund. I have done quite a bit of research and their corporate account has only $200 in it. They are stealing your money and hiding it or spending it immediately.
I guess that since the UK division decided to branch into the US they failed to do their homework. All the board members must be listed as well as company networth verses tangible and untangible assests. So with a bit of Google you can find out anything that you need to about them. Including how a woman just resigned after being with them for less than a year.
I am beginning a class action law suit for everyone. I have had my money returned as of today because of my PNC Bank. They and paypal together are going after instasmile on my behalf. I am going after instasmile on your behalf.
Please contact me with your stories so that I may forward them to my attorney.

Denlab Direct - Instasmile Veneer Review
As others have stated The "perceived drag marks" on the impression trays are the issue. After several attempts I gave up and asked for a refund.
(Minus shipping, trays and putty) in the interim I contacted Brighter Image (who I should have gone with in the first place) . Made my impression and they are on the way with no issue. I suggest to ALL. !!!
Spend the extra few dollars and go with Brighter Image. Insta Smile is a disappointment.
Defective retainer AND DAMAGED IMPRESSIONS
The WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased an upper retainer for £48.99
Before purchasing, I contacted DenLab Direct twice asking if it was fine if I sent in my own impressions I got from my dentist (Stone Impression). They on both occasions said yes that's fine however we cannot guarantee it will fit your teeth. I said that's fine, I will take that risk.
After sending it in using my own money for postage, I received the retainer within a week. Although fairly quick, I am highly unimpressed. They sent me a retainer that whilst it does fit both the impressions and my teeth, it does not cover the whole upper teeth. They've literally sent me a retainer for my four front teeth and that's all - It literally looks like half a retainer. It does not cover my whole upper teeth that a normal retainer would cover/fit to. I was not told that this would be the occurrence / potential occurrence at all.
I then decided to email them with proof pictures however they have ignored those emails.
I do not recommend to purchase from this company as any issues, they will NOT sort it out or refund you. Therefore avoid the risk and hassle and go with another company or your dentist to avoid losing your money or receiving a defective retainer.

After DenLab saw this review, they finally replied to my email and mentioned they will sort it out if I remove review. I requested for them to sort the issue out prior to me removing review, they agreed. I then out of my own cost which they've refunded, sent the impressions. During that time, they have tried removing my review by stating they aren't aware of me as a customer. Despite them emailing me directly regarding this review. Trust pilot then requested for proof of purchase and I have sent it to them and they have put the review back on the website.
However I have sent the impressions and they're policy is within 7 working days , they send back the impressions with retainer. It's been past 7 working days since they've received my impressions and they have not bothered to send my revised retainer. I have emailed them again and I'm sure once they see this updated review, they'll reply to my email.
Will continue to update progress. Seems very troublesome just to get what you ordered.
In regards to the response, DenLab Direct seems to repeatedly give mis-information on purpose. Initially, the excuse they used for sending me half a retainer is that for comfort purposes, they do not create retainer for whole upper or lower arch. They stated this to me via email. However they're website states they DO create retainer for whole upper and lower arch. When I mentioned this to them, they stated, apologies for the error on the website, this will be looked at and dealt with. As of yet, that 'error' or a better word to describe it - rubbish excuse has not been dealt with.
In the response on this review, they state turnaround time of 7 working days has been met, it starts a day after receiving impressions. 1) On the phone they stated 7 working days 'from the day we receive your impressions'. 2) On the website there is no mention that the turnaround time starts a day after receiving impressions and does not even state 7 working days. It states 7-10days with no explicit mention of working days. It has since past 10 days since I sent the impressions.
Overall the issue hasn't just been mis-information, just a bad overall purchasing experience. I do hope I receive the revised retainer to my satisfaction and will take down review accordingly and leave a more neutral feedback.

So I finally received my retainer and my stone impressions returned. They didn't bother packaging the stone impressions properly and now it's BROKEN and CHIPPED and those impressions cannot be 100% remade exactly how it was as teeth moves if not in place by a retainer. So I no longer have my original stone impressions!
ThEretainer which I originally had the issue with it not covering upper arch, it STILL does not cover whole of upper arch even after being remade even though they promised to do this. In addition, the REATINER IS NOTHING LIKE THE RETAINERS AT A DENTIST. IT IS IF SO LOW QUALITY.
The only comparison I can make is its the same as a FAKE IPHONE in comparison to a REAL ONE. The quality is shockingly awful.
I then tried to email them and they refused to help me and basically said hey don't care if I leave a negative review! WHAT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT SORT IT OUT FOR YOU!

Denlab Direct - Instasmile Veneer Review from Stoke-On-Trent, Stoke-On-Trent
I purchased my insta smile clip in veneers and it was dispatched on the 3rd of August and I received it on the 7th of August I wore it straight away and was so happy with the results I felt like a new person, I looked after them and followed all the guidelines then on the 23rd of August I noticed what seemed like a small crack forming on my bottom set
I emailed in explaining and they suggested I returned them so sent me a returns form, so I just wore my top set that were fine with the intention of just returning my bottom set to be looked at, then on the 31st of August the top set cracked completely through not fault of my own, I sent both the top and bottom set back in the post to be inspected with the hope of insta smile fixing or replacing my product. They told me that it was not under warranty even though I hadn't done anything to purposely cause the damage and had only been wearing them for such a short while (17 days)
They cost me £299 for top and bottom set and are supposed to last up to 12 months I am highly disappointed and now I'm suck with £299 worth of broken plastic. I didn't purchase the £99 12 month warranty, but when a product breaks just 17 days of purchasing it I expect more than just to be told there's nothing they can do.
I am seriously upset as now my clip in veneers are un-usable and I have wasted £299.
I advise that you seriously think twice before ordering these, they seem like an amazing product and like I said when I first received them they seemed to be, but now this has happened I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
All they offered me was 50% off another set as if I would purchase them again after this!!
I have been completely ripped off and I think everyone should be aware of my story before purchasing this product!

STAY CLEAR! 10 months and counting!!
10 MONTHS AND COUNTING!! In the beginning, everything seemed amicable and going according to plan.
James Anderson was compliant and seemed to go out of his way to be professional. Then, the numerous impressions and talk of "drag" and "gumline" defaults became the reaction to what seemed like endless down time. Granted, my dental profile is anything but the norm and is my responsibilty for having these issues to begin with. However, it dramatizes the reason for the product in the first place and now after six/seven sets of impressions (actually lost count) and endless frustration, I STILL Do not have the appliance.
In addition, my e-mail requests for updates now go unanswered adding to my frustration and total lack of confidence in this company whether it be SEBL Group, Instasmile, or company affilliated by any other name.
This product line IMHO, is NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME and should be avoided! I'm pi$$ed because I'm out $479 for some putty and trays!!

They kept on telling me my impression wouldn't work , even when i had a dentist do the impression , this is wrong , and i lost a lot of money , something got to be done about this company now!!!!

Update...... Denlab is making and sending me a new set, fortunately one of their customer service reps went above and beyond to make sure I got my ordered product and it's right. I will update again once I receive them, or if I don't I will keep you posted.
After $800, 8 months and uncountable impressions, I finally received my semi permanent arches, IN 3 pieces. The first set made and sent were ridiculously large and left sores in my mouth, I looked like a horse.....several months later I receive a smaller set, bottom arch is perfect but upper is in 2 pieces. After reporting this to DenLab I was essentially told that they would not have made or sent them that way and that is was on the shipper, IF the shipper will pay they will be replaced otherwise I'm just out $800....THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRODUCT ARE SUBSTANDARD, don't waste your time or money!!
Huge scamers
they took my money but never sent the teeth all they did was send imprints they sent me imprints over six different times they never sent the finished product. I had my bank do an investigation but they had fake proof some how that I had the teeth.
To bad for them I work for an attorney and I will wage all out war on satan and his scam denlab direct. They are looking for people with little money who do not want to go to the dentist.
All of the good reviews are fake I will report them to youtube and every scam site on the web. they will burn in ***

With excitement and anticipation I opened the package I received from Den Lab Direct. I had been talking none stop to all my friends and family about my order and we were all very excited about this great product that they advertised on their web site
I was utterly disappointed when i tried on the clip on veneers , the bottom ones were extremely thick and looked really false, and the top, when I eventually got them on, they did not fit properly over my own teeth, and protrude over my upper lip. They made me look like I had bucked false teeth. The Colour is patchy and uneven.
When I contacted Den Lab - their attitude was tough luck - no refund or replacement.
instaSMILE® is a quick, pain full lesson to bear. Don't waste your money with this company.

With excitement and anticipation I opened the package I received from Den Lab Direct. I had been talking none stop to my family about my order and we were all very excited about this great product that they advertised on their web site, and how they would help you with the best service provided.

I am extremely disappointed in the product and their service and when I contacted Miss Cook and Mr Andrew Dunn, they had no interest in even discussing my order.
The product you get is not what they advertise. Save your money, and stay away form Denlabdirect now.

I agree this company is very unprofessional and for American's who have lost money due to their scams. I think we need to come together and keep them out of our Country until they adhere to proper standards for refunding impressions that are not accepted by them on now fault of the customer.
I am extremely pissed w instasmile that made a horrible product refused to remake it as I asked and told me I’m not getting my money back or a new product, I am going to pursue a lawsuit
