Resolved: Lack of promised refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The manager rang me and apologised. He also offered me two premium cinema tickets which we used.
When we checked at the counter, we were informed of the change. We went all the way back to the correct cinema, but the movie had already started. When we asked for a refund, we were denied. We were told we had been sent an email informing us of the change of cinema.
This email did not arrive (junk and deleted items were checked too). After stating our case with many staff members, we were promised a refund from head office. We are eagerly awaiting this refund as a matter of principle.
I'm hoping the promise of a refund was not hollow. Regards, Joanne Low.
