DN! purports to offer breaking news.

I started waking up to its skew and myopic coverage in the 2000s. It never covers what really matters in depth. It would provide great headlines WSJ like but gloss over the details. The hour is spent on an obscure interview on maybe 3 Cups of Tea author, color revolution, but not the hard stuff like how many people died in Gaza, Syria, Iraq, or Afghan farmers.

So the in depth interview while well done would leave you wondering where the news went. And this is the point: its very much a controlled opposition media. The anchor is also controlling type judging from it always being the same. And the books are the same---wonderful reads but a decade too late or after the statute of limitations.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Time was when one thought she hired people but no its a pretty tight operation and they mostly hire interns, of color to seem diversified. They have just become mainstream pretty much just "different seeming." MSM focuses on names, titles, status, numbers, data. A big numbers game thats all it is.

Alternative? Phooey!
