Office made billing mistake and won't own up to it.

After failing to notify me my claim was denied (so I could take corrective action) the office sent me a bill 2 years later. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. The office manager, Natalie, hung up on me after I started raising my voice in return for her raised voice. Unprofessional office, everything is always someone else's fault.
