No product received and no response
Ordered product on November 12th, it still hasnt shipped. No response to emails either.
Their website now says they are totally out of stock of what I ordered, so I assume they sold me product they did not have on hand. Even though thats unacceptable on its own, Id at least feel better with an answer to whether the product will ever ship at all and that they arent simply taking my money and running, but customer service is nonexistent.
Customers at least deserve to know they arent being scammed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Shaking my head, my order was placed on 10/22/24 and it is still saying processing. I've emailed and called countless times with no response.
All I ask is for my refund or product.
It's been over a month now and this is ridiculous on so many levels. It's extremely bad for the business.

I don't need to write a hundred words for my complaint. I've received no product.
I've had nobody answering my phone calls or text messages and I need someone to do that.
I've called three times and nobody will pick up; it goes right to voicemail. I would like a tracking number and information on when I can expect my product and for someone to call me back.

Waiting on my order to ship
I've been ordering from them for about 2 years their products are amazing and very strong but their customer service is non-existent and downright unprofessional and ridiculous I have not gotten one email back from an email that I sent about six seven days ago I left a message on their phone and no one responds to calls or emails it is very unprofessional and I never want to buy anything for them again and I'm hoping these gummies come in the mail even though I got a tracking number I still don't know if they're actually coming or not because I read reviews where people say they got a tracking numbers and they never got their gummies so I'm hoping this place is professional enough to actually send me my product that I paid money for.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent me my order and refunded me.
I ordered from them for almost a year and didn't have any issues until recently. I ordered over a week ago and have yet to receive any emails confirming the order, or that it's been shipped.
I have sent six emails and received no response.
What is going on? You took my money quickly, but now I'm hearing nothing from anyone.

No response from Deltaextrac
I went to their website for the first time to order some gummies. I ordered the gummies (Order # De 250200) and received an email receipt.
I tried contacting them at the bottom of their website to ask when my order shipping out. They sent me a response saying we have issues and someone in customer service will contact you. They never did. I contacted them 5 more times and got the same email with no response.
Now I'm looking up scammed and fraud websites to report the company. I also ask for my money back since the order was never shipped. Still No response. I found a number online to see if I could actually talk to someone and just got an answer machine every time I called back.
I am a disabled Air Force Veteran on a set income. I can't afford to just give money away. If you can help me in any way, I would appreciate it.

I like your product. I use it to help with anxiety and sleep.
I decided to order online, but then I noticed that the first product on the edibles page is a 666 black craft bundle. Then I started looking around and I saw a hail Satan t-shirt, a weed is safer than church t-shirt. Anyway as a Christian I can not purchase your product now. Thats my personal decision.
I hope you rebrand your product because it is my second favorite on the market.
Im not being judgmental but I believe in the power of the things which we can not see, and am not willing to risk ingesting something dedicated to evil. I hope you understand

My bathroom
Trying to remodel my bathroom bought all delta brand products even down to rob hanger that goes on back off the door even bought delta shower enclosure but when trying to install fuact they are to short I called Delta customer service the said there is a product that can resolve this issue but they told me the cant tell me because it is not a delta product !!! Go figure I will not be buying a delta product while Im alive ever again instead try Moen
