Need parts for hand guard

Hot garbage

I ordered a, Mag-76230 Magpul PMAG M# AK/AKM 30 Round.
But meant to order a, Mag for a, 7.62x39 in, AR Platform.
Can this order be switched or refunded.

- - Two barrels were poorly packaged, arriving in a damaged box placed in a USPS bag.
- - A DTT rep spent about 37 minutes helping resolve the issue.
2 pistol barrels I ordered were poorly packaged, a very nice young man who was my customer service representative, figured out what had happened. They shipping them together in a box, at some point during transport the box was damaged and put into a usps plastic bag and that's how I received them, pretty pissed.
I have been doing business with them for years and never have I received a barrel shipped in that manner. Dtt's service rep spent about 37 minutes on the phone and computer with me.
In all the years I've only had communication with cs around 3 times, and all were pleasant. Thank you again DTT

My order from dtt arrived today, I ordered 2 barrels they were in bubble wrap and in a usps plastic bag, I called customer service within 5 minutes of opening the package obviously unhappy, spoke with a gentleman who was exceptional, I was on the phone with him for roughly 37 minutes, he found out that the package was shipped out in a box, it broke in transit and the barrels were transferred to the said bag. I honestly have been a customer for years and probably called them less than a handful of times.
Great prices, well stocked, and fast shipping. Thank you
