- - June 2019: bought a water heater from Home Depot.
- - AJ arrived smoking and drinking and rushed.
- - Water heater leaked; replacement and labor concerns.
On June 2019 I purchased a hot water heater from Home Depot. I was referred by Home Depot to use your company for installing the hot water heater.
However, when the guy AJ arrived to my to install the hot water he was smoking and drinking he didn't look professional at all to be coming to someone home to do business. He arrived speeding in the van, with a tank top on along with another guy who seem to be a baser. They install the hot water heater so fast until my husband asked are you done already and he replied oh yea while seeming to be drunk. I called to make a complaint and the guy who answered stated oh ok we will speak with him.
October I called because our electrical bill was increasing and per FPL the hot water heater seem to be the problem. I reached out and a lady told me they couldn't come out but could try trouble shooting the heater only if they knew the prob on the heater. The FPL rep stated that was something he couldn't do at the time they will need to send someone out. January of 2020, April of 2020 I also called complaining and was told both times they will have someone contact me but never received a call.
However , on Monday my husband walked into the garage and the hot water heater was running water from the top and bottom. I call Rheem and Delta M. I was told by someone here they will provide a voucher code for me but I need to speak with Rheem first to get the hot water heater replace. I called back here and they transferred me to Titanna who stated she was a Supervisor and the only person i could speak with.
She stated they didn't have a code for me to do the labor. She then put me on hold for over 1 hour and never returned back to the phone. I continued to hold and hung up and called back but she told the lady to tell me she was busy and will call me back but never did.
I'm asking that they do my labor over for free because what paid for wasn't done correctly the first time. Had someone came out as they stated before the warrant expired etc.

Bad customer service , they never showed up for appointment

Home depot sent them my request to do estimate to install a new central air. I confirmed the appoiintment iwth the call center serveral times by phone and email, they replied to email saying they would be there.
They never showed up, then later I called and emailed to find out why, they said I didnt confirm , I emailed them PROOF that I did. THE person at the call center said I was not truethful and later in the conversation when I told him I also called the person that would be at the house 3 times and he never called back, that was when he told me theey didnt want to do business. What they should have done was admit they made a mistake and asked if they could re schedule to come back, instead they chose not to
It was a manager at the call center.
i also talked to an area manager, she seemed upset to hear what I had said about my experience, she promised to fix this and get someone to the house,. Her last email was that she is meeting with someone and would call me later, I replied to email asking when , that lasted all day. as of last night she so far has not called or emailed me or returned my call
They also refused to let me talk to anyone in management at the corp office
Preferred solution: I want tthe corp office to call me so we can discuss getting our ESTIMATE for the instalation of new cental air at the house. I do not want to talk to the call center or their area rep I want to talk to someone at the ARIZONA COR OFFICE
