DELTA SPRINKLERS - SUCKS
- - Delta Sprinklers/Irrigation (Dallas) advertises a 5-year warranty.
- - The owner was rude.
- - The warranty was not honored after a leak.
Delta Sprinklers/Irrigation is a Dallas, TX based company and advertises that they will maintain your sprinkler system for 5 years. NOT SO!!!!
I had to cancel an appointment (which was for additional service) and the AWFUL owner was rude, obnoxious, pompous and down right mean to me. He did not want to be bothered.
Now that I have a bad leak he will not honor his "5-year warranty". He immediately said it must have been something I did because they don't just break. Well guess what - duesch bag..... Your materials that you use are flimsy and don't last. The quality of your work is horrible and you over charge for what you install. I hope this get's to as many readers as possible because I would not want anyone to fall victim to your shady business practices.
