PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. not go to this shop they are a shade tree company.

I was told I had to wait to get my car fixed for 2 weeks when I towed the car there it's sat for another 2 weeks and they did nothing but unhook my hood mind you my car was there for engine replacement it's a Volkswagen the engine had to be dropped so no need to unhook the hood. All of this so they can tell me they aren't equipped or trained to do the job. A month wasted, then I was told they would put everything back that they undid so 4 more days. When I got my car back the hood was the only thing they put back.

But didn't put the engine parts back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS I'M TAKING THEM TO COURT.

This company is non-existent. PLEASE PLEASE do not associate with them or I promise you will be sorry.n when it came time to getting a claim resolved, they would not answer the phone when the dealer called.

FINLLY I had to pay a very large amount icy was covered in my policy. What else could I doI had to get to work. JUST LOOK AT ALL THEIR REVIEWS< THERE IS EVEN A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THE>.

My Automotive repair shop and myself have been trying to reach you we both have been on the phone several times only to be put on hold for over an hour and them either disconnected or ask to leave a call back number and there is no call back. Also I have been to your WEB to enter a clam it ask for my email and ESP # after clicking enter at just keeps go back to have me reenter again and again. Are you a scam or just unethical?

My vehicle, under your Diamond Premier service contract ESP# 8173****, has a failed water pump, main, and vibration damper, both are covered items.

I have filed claims 281516 and 281518 to cover the required repairs. The requested service records have been forwarded as requested and acknowledged by the customer portal.

No further communications have been received from Delta Protection even with numerous notes being sent through and acknowledged by the customer portal.

Because of this lack of service, I wish to receive a total refund on my contract.

The contact number furnished on the contract does not provide a link into the company, only to sales solicitation from unrelated schemes.

My first claim attempt, filed online using the company's customer access website. An automated response requested a copy of service records, which were provided.

Attempted to call the company, but the number furnished/published just connects to sales agents for other services without a means of reaching Delta.

During investigation by my repair facility, an additional failed covered component was found. An additional claim was initiated as before. Delta has not contacted either myself or my service center.

That have yet to return my call. I need them to honor my warranty.

My car ship has been calling too.

Delta Auto Protect is scam. I have purchased an extended warranty and refused to pay any claims. They stopped responding and said that i have no contract with them and have to sign a new one.

I bought an extended warranty fron Delta Auto protect and it was a total scammed, they toke my money and when my car got broken nothing was fixed,they put the excuse that it was a preexisting problem, long history short, i didn't even get my whole money back after the cancellation, that is how they make money,from people that work hard every day fir a paycheck
