Horrible customer service
my order was canceled because I did not want to send my ID by email or text, like the customer representative mark ask me to, I asked if there was a secure way to verify my age, and got a rude reply, stating that my only other option was to cancel. website never states that you need to send a copy of you license/ ID by email or text, my age should have been verified with my credit card.
they way they speak and treat people is just non professional. they lost a sale because of their incompetence in verifying peoples identity and age.
I have purchased many age restricted products online, not one website has asked me send them a copy of my ID/License by Email or text. they are incompetent
