I'm in a bad spot Ordered Dell PC from FingerHut basically rent to own. First month system couldn't even type at times. Second month worse tried system restore. Wiped system including backup bootup. Won't start . called Dell = they don't care. FingerHut told me return for exchange. dell support is terrible. it has been transferred to India. they are clueless and could careless. If you need a part, your success in getting it depends on who you encounter. you could call the same number and get different results each time. On 9/25/2014 @6pm a request for utensils was request by custom upon employee saying was available.When order was serviced no uteniles, a refund was requested and manager claim I record of my order that I have receipt for and was told ti cintact my bank.The bank states there was no charge to debit card.

I got my Dell computer last year it has not worked right since I got it parts sent back and forth from Dell that still don't work my warranty is about to run out and the computer is still not working so now I have to send my computer back in again they don't want to give me an extended warranty because they know the computer is faulty so they know its going to break down again so I'm trying to let everybody know to stay away from Dell products...

I bought a Dell computer. It was defective the day I bought it. Dell claimed its warranty had ended before it was even purchased. I had to prove it before they would take it back. I sent it back and got it back still defective. I requested Dell buy it back from me or swap it with a different model since it was defective and they could not fix it. If Dell advertises a sale on a laptop for the start of the school year, I kind of expect that when I order it online, I will get the product at the time the confirmation email said I will. I guess posting here is cheaper than therapy. My story is that my computer stopped charging for the 2nd time since I bought it in Oct 2015. I bought a Dell Inspiron 5552 laptop in October 2015. It failed in December 2015. I sent it back to Dell and they fixed it. My laptop failed once again in July 2016. I sent it back to Dell again. Dell keeps on sending advertising material to a named person at my company, but when I call them (customer service) and tell them no such person here and to please stop sending the material I get a promise that is will no longer be sent.
