Im Rohit Nanawre mailing you to bring your attention that your customer service provider (delivery guys) are very much arrogant, even after informing the delivery timing they came on odd timing kept product on road side and asking for delivery otp.
Till the time we react home to check product, without asking us they returned the product and put remark as we canceled it, but we never canceled and next day without making a delivery attempt they canceled the order
Please make a note of it
And hope as a corporate you will take strict action against it

I was getting numerous calls from there delivery agent, I denied that I never ordered anything. He bluffed and said he is from Myntra.
The order was COD and my husband unknowingly paid, I never ordered anything and there is no mention of seller on the package.
These crap people are saying you need to contact seller. But these frauds don't have any info of seller
