Poor customer service
- Reported a tablet not holding a charge and requested a replacement.
- No record of the prior call; again told 3-5 business days.
Ive called once before to inform ASAP that their tablet was not holding a charge & we needed a new one ordered. They took down all my necessary information & said I should receive the new tablet in 3-5 business days.
I called today-one week later to check the status of my prior phone call. They have no record of s prior phone call, or a request for a new tablet.
They told me again that it would take 3-5 business days for a new tablet. Two weeks with this company losing sales because of lack of competence.
Restaurant you usually deliver doesn't recognize you
Ive ordered from laughing planet via you guys. They stopped taking orders and when I asked why? They said they never heard of delivery dudes.

was served raw shrimp from the restaurant we ordered from delivery dudes did nothing about it went to the restaurant and the restaurant argued with us about a refund. Finally got a refund I guess but still ate raw shrimp. Have video proof of the raw shrimp and will call the health department tomorrow but delivery dudes did nothing to right the wrong and protect me as a customer so I will never use them again ever!

- I called to check; no driver but one would be sent.
- I asked for a refund and may dispute with my bank.
My food was sitting at Ats a Pizza for over an hour, I had to call to find out where my food was and was told they didn't have a driver but would get one there I asked for a refund will see if I get it, if not I will dispute it with my bank, never again. Just refund me and I will move on, lesson learned

The service at times is very slow. What do you do when your food comes late and is cold?
- Times can be busy, but cold food is not acceptable at the prices charged.
- Delays may happen, but cold food is unacceptable.
I realize certain times are very busy, but that doesn't mean I'm going to accept cold food when I'm paying the prices they are charging. It's one thing when an order takes longer than expected, but it's unacceptable when your food arrives cold.

I order from them weekly and there are certain employees that make me feel as I am bothering them ! There is one man and I think he might be the owner with his attitude and one female as she might be his daughter!
Remember who pays your bills as I could not get a hold of anyone tonight to order! Treat people Thhow you want to be treated just sayiing!
