Delivery Dudes

My son was under the impression he had got some things for free and then I checked led my bank and I was charged 15 bucks and he dont have my card

Ive called once before to inform ASAP that their tablet was not holding a charge & we needed a new one ordered. They took down all my necessary information & said I should receive the new tablet in 3-5 business days.

I called today-one week later to check the status of my prior phone call. They have no record of s prior phone call, or a request for a new tablet.

They told me again that it would take 3-5 business days for a new tablet. Two weeks with this company losing sales because of lack of competence.

Ive ordered from laughing planet via you guys. They stopped taking orders and when I asked why? They said they never heard of delivery dudes.

was served raw shrimp from the restaurant we ordered from delivery dudes did nothing about it went to the restaurant and the restaurant argued with us about a refund. Finally got a refund I guess but still ate raw shrimp. Have video proof of the raw shrimp and will call the health department tomorrow but delivery dudes did nothing to right the wrong and protect me as a customer so I will never use them again ever!

My food was sitting at Ats a Pizza for over an hour, I had to call to find out where my food was and was told they didn't have a driver but would get one there I asked for a refund will see if I get it, if not I will dispute it with my bank, never again. Just refund me and I will move on, lesson learned

Longer waits & more expensive than Doordash or Grubhub!! Their answer to a restaurant *** is to resend the order with lots of exclamation marks.

I realize certain times are very busy, but that doesn't mean I'm going to accept cold food when I'm paying the prices they are charging. It's one thing when an order takes longer than expected, but it's unacceptable when your food arrives cold.

Regarding delivery person behaviour iwas so rude he didn't pickup my return goods yesterday he didn't came but I receive the MSG from xpressbees is incomplete address courier unavailabilityde

Made notes order came hours later left on my landlord door step had to throw it out was no good paid good money for food whats the point of they do t read the notes I want a credit on my account

I've been a customer for about 4 years. And I've had several occasions where food delivery was extremely delayed; My last experience was a three-hour wait. I deleted the app and don't intend to order from them

Ordered Steak frites. Received steak. No frites.

I order from them weekly and there are certain employees that make me feel as I am bothering them ! There is one man and I think he might be the owner with his attitude and one female as she might be his daughter!

Remember who pays your bills as I could not get a hold of anyone tonight to order! Treat people Thhow you want to be treated just sayiing!

The rest of your employees are great to people I promise I know the difference and I think I was cancelled out tonight please take care of your good employees as if it was not for them I would shut your ignorance down! I promise!
