Wife wanted to fly Alaska Airlines. Looked up on line and found a suitable flight and ticket cost.

Problem is that the agent fee of 45% (!) was not mentioned.

She could have booked this directly with Alaska,, but unknowingly did it through this agent, incurring a fat agent fee of $94.90 on a $200 reservation. That is 45%!

I was charged the renew fees when I did not want to and I need a refund.

This site was a total rip off. Filled with men who are scammers targeting women 45 an older.

I caught one psycho with the username "worker43". Reported him.

My good friend happens to be a Sargent for police force. She will investigate further.

They refused to cancel me same day! They signed me up for 6 months.

They still charge me for 6 months but I don't even have access to the account. I have tried emailing but no response!

They are the worst service ever. I got tons of emails in there all from men 2000 miles away or old, scary and no one even close to my preference. You have no way of limiting it.

You can search with parameters but everyone gets you without perameters. I did not see one person that was my race, age range, height etc.

it was terrible. I've disputed all charges and will sue them next if need be.

Went on one time to check it out. Never signed up for auto renewal.

They just keep taking it out of my account. I'm not even interested in looking anymore and have never been on it but the one time. There's no number to call to straighten this out. Says to get on account and cancel.

I can't do that because it's been so long ago that I don't remember my password and they won't send it to me. Have asked several times to straighten this out but to no avail. Beware!! This is a huge scam!

I am now investigating reporting this to the state and even hiring a lawyer. This is money, money, money in all directions.

Stay away from this site! Legit companies are not hard to contact.

This site targets seniors and automatically signs you up for a membership after agreeing to their "Risk Free Trial", there is no option to cancel and they make it near impossible to cancel the account and there is of course NO customer service number. I was charged over $160 and never signed into the account 1 time.

No response from customer service.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS ACCOUNT. YOU WILL also notice this company that manages delightful also manages 100 other cheap dating websites that are also all scams.

Money has been taken out of my account and I was on a non-renewal, I do not know how to go about getting my money back from this website. It is just a scam. I clearly stated what age group of men I was looking foe yet still all kind of fools are showing up as interested. And getting in contact with these folk is like pulling teeth. I forgot my password and can not remember which credit card I used and there are no other options .

This is the biggest ripoff that I have ever gotten myself into. But as the word said it would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle that a rich man to enter into the kingdom so be very mindful of robbing hard working folk out of their cash.

Delightful.com is a total scam. They contacted me and ask if I wanted to have a 30 FREE membership.

I never gave them my credit card # and had put NO in auto renewal box. After 30 days they started charging my CC a monthly fee. How did they get my credit care information? It wasn't from me.

I've tried for 4 to 6 months now to get this phony membership cancelled to no avail. There's no phone # to call, nor is there anywhere on their website a place indicated for cancellation of account. I feel totally violated and am appalled that Steve Harvey is endorsing and backing this scam.

I use to think pretty highly of Steve......I've really changed my mind. Can anyone out there help me with info to get this solved?

This site automatically renews your membership after 6 months. There is no notification prior to this renewal.

They do not give refunds.

The renewal is considerably higher than the initial charge for Delightful.com. I discovered another dating site does the same thing so I have definitely cancelled any chance of another renewal!

Dont care for this site at all. No customer service phone number l wrote about this person l met all he asked for after we spoke awhile was could l send him money l notified them about this id a scam never heard back from them.

At this point will cancel my membership nothing as user friendly as the other sites. But cost more.

I signed up for this scam of a dating site- Delightful.com. Most dating sites gives the customer the option of using auto renewal or not. I turned auto-renewal off or so I thought. This site doesn't turn off auto renewal unless you cancel the account. So it doesn't matter if you turn off auto renewal. It you turn off auto renewal but don't cancel, they just ignore the request and it doesn't reflect your choice on the website. Most legitimate services gives you an email or something to notify you that you will be charged. If I didn't check my bank account and see a pending charge from a service I was scammed into believing would not charge me but did. I don't have the money to throw away. I have recently become homeless. I am living in my car and every penny counts. When I was scammed out of my money-it put me back just that much further.

When I sent the company an email- they sent me one back that

basically called me ***- "it was explained to you when you signed up". If you still want to cancel then do this.

If I still want to cancel? Are you serious? Why would I continue this "service" who's only function is to cheat people out of their money.

I asked for my money back, of course they refused. So now, I am out of one hundred dollars by a website that is nothing but a scam.
