Poor Customer Service

Having chosen an item I wished to purchase (not cheap..$300), I called this company to ask a question. I was transferred to the person "who could help me". Nobody answered the phone but instead I received the persons phone mailbox and was told to leave a message and he would get right back to me as soon as he was able. This was five days ago... apparently they have been unable. So I'm buying my item from another company and will never contact this company again. Great business!!
