Last night a friend gave me a brand new Stormcraft Down Parka Winter Coat that cost $549. The first night I wear it, it was to your casino.

I left it hanging on my chair while I went for a drink (thought with all your cameras it was safe especially when I myself was out in a 24 hour ban cause your security saw me cashing out a few cents of credits belonging to nobody) Figured if you cared so much about a couple cents of credits again belonging to nobody that a players belongings was well looked after with hundreds of cameras. Well it was taken and the security acts like they don't wanna help me. I walk home so I can't walk in below freezing weather home therefore I'm stuck at your casino. I can't even gamble cause my voucher with $65 on it was in the jacket as well as other items that cost a price tag.

As a player who drops a thousand dollars in here a week would think y'all would care a little more. I'm very upset with the situation, how it was handled and just the staff in general. I'm stuck in your casino waiting to hear from your security team to give me an update which looks like to me that staff has gone home and a new shift is on now. They probably know nothing of the incident.

I don't know if I should have police come so they can look at the video and do something and if I will be able to watch the video. I don't know anything cause your staff has not made any attempt to update me. Could at least come give me a card with some slot dollars on it to play while I wait. This is ridiculous.

I've been sitting here hours since it happened.

Think I will have the police come and get me some answers or something cause I'm sitting here mad, bored and broke and your casino don't care. Have a lawyer request the video too.

Preferred solution: Since I can't leave in the freezing weather to walk home due to my coat being stolen, I would like a card with some slot money on it to play while I wait for your security to update me. I've been sitting here hours and my money was in my coat. Its boring

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time or money here. The machines hit less and less with each passing day and don't expect to be paid out got a jackpot if there's even a tiny reason for them to give you an excuse why they don't need to pay it out

"Have a lawyer request" Broke and Dusty fools who are too stupid enough to think someone else will watch their junk don't have lawyer money. I'm not sure what you want them to do.

Open a case, set up a roadblock, and issue a BOLO for a stolen coat.

You were stupid...Take the L and move on with your (LOL) life. If you're angry, it should be at yourself for doing dumb stuff like this.

Slots dollars don't really show, the true amount, you as a customer is putting in there facility

I have earned over 300 point from last time they sent out slot dollars,, they always treat me, I am very hurt, and affected, I talk to other people, they didn't earn as much points as me, and get more, it's very, hurtful, and it makes feel, unfairly treated,, I like DP,, right now my opinion of them is not good, I'm hurt,, thats my Musa time..

I went to window for a cash advance on my debit card, it didnt seem to go thru, so gentleman said to remove the card and reinsert. I did, this time we did it as a debit.
