Complaint against manager at delano
First of all when we arrived in or presidential suite the coffee machine was missing and we had to wait until the next day to get it. Then on the night before check out I called to ask for a late check out and the lad gave me a 12 noon check out, which I found out later it was.
Never documented. Then on the day of che Out this lady told my husband it would only be $100 for another night stay. We then took our time and when we called back the other lady said it was$100 for late check out at 1 and $1000 for the night and since it was 1205 she will be charging us for the late check out at 1200.my husband then called the manager who was very rude! Not only would she not honor the first $100 for the night but she told us our check out was at 11 am and we told her we called for a late check out for noon .
Then she had the nerve to say that we better get out before they will charge us for $1000. My husband told her she is so rude and this was the worst customer service he ever had. She didnt even care!
On top of this the window washers blasted their music at 7 am not letting him sleep after a night of gambling. We will never stay at this place again!
