Lies about a Referral
This is the lies they told to the better business bureau...Never did I cuss anyone at the dealership but they want to blackmail me into removing an honest post I waited 3 weeks for this to be resolved before I posted on social media......The customer that was referred to us was a two purchase customer of Deland Kia that supposedly was not coming back to Deland Kia even though he had bought two cars from us in the past. You cant refer a customer to the dealership for a referral that has already bought two cars from us never the less we agreed to pay Mrs Alday because she would rather threaten the dealership with social media till she got her way.
The check was printed and signed unfortunately a accounting error the check was not mailed out no one lied at anytime.
So Mrs Alday proceed to curse employees and threaten that we would feel her wrath over 200.00 ??? Mrs Alday can receive her 200.00 with a apology to employees she cursed and positive or review removal.
well called corporate and spoke to them today 1/30/19 about the lies from Deland Kia about the referral and JD the GM told them the check was not mailed but wrote up ( Joke ) and because I have given them plenty of time to have this taken care of I went to social media to post what happened they are not doing anything now ( which they did not do before ) I would be very careful of what you are told about referrals from this dealership...
very disappointed in this dealership I purchased a car 1 1/2 years from them and was happy I went back and bought a 2019 sorento I used the sales man David Rabias who at the time helped me alot his last words were send my someone and I will send you a referral I have a customer at my work that was looking to trade his Kia yes he had used Deland Kia before but was not going bacl I do not know why but I said go to David and he will help you he did and bought a 2019 Sportage I waited for my referral that never came I emailed David on 1/14/19 on 1/15/19 I texted him I also called him no return anything. I called and spoke to Phil who got him to call me and David said that was not a referral so I called Phil back he said yes that was a referral and would take care of it so I waited and nothing I called and spoke to JD who is the GM on 1/21/19 he got my address and phone number and said he would take care of it. Still nothing I called on 1/29/19 at 10:44am he said he signed the check and would find out when it was mailed and will call me right back 2 1/2 hours later nothing I called the dealership and spoke to accounting and was told no check has been mailed......You have lost a customer over a referral that should have been paid but most of all the 3 men there did nothing but lie to me..
