In violation of State law, Del Rey Party rentals had no insurance on its truck, and they refused to pay for the smashed front end of my car. No surprise: The California Secretary of State has suspended Del Rey Party Rentals’ corporate status because they haven’t paid their taxes. Their status has been suspended for four years!
