This is one of the most poorly run companies imaginable. They use AI scheduling to make fake service appointments knowing they will never show causing customers to wait hours and days with follow up.

I called Del-Aire on Friday for service on one of their Furnace/AC units, which I prepaid a full maintenance contract for when i purchased the unit. Since I purchased the unit Ive had to call them over six times for issues from mold due leakage to installing filters because the service tech improperly installed the unit and I cannot get to the filter.
The most recent issue is their virtual AI scheduler which is in no way intelligent and schedules fake appointments. I scheduled an appointment on Friday was told by AI they would be out Saturday between 6-10pm no one showed no one called. I reached out again on Sunday to speak to a live person and was they would definitely be out between 8-12 noon. When that time passed without notice I called and AI said they would be out by 4pm.
I called back at 5 pm and was told to reschedule again after waiting 2 days without a notice or update. At this point I have to believe that they are more interested in selling equipment than fixing it as they called me nonstop to buy it.
Its a bit disingenuous to schedule fake appointments having customers wait days with no follow up and no capable means of scheduling trustworthy appointments. If their intent is to provide excellent service its not coming across in their actions.
