Mr. Keith Kinsey, Portillo's new CEO: First, you should be ashamed of yourself not responding to my letter of 8/25/15. That does not set a good tone with a customer who has purchased Portillo's products for at least 25 years. 1. Portillo’s Ontario Street: The order was found to be wrong. I complained to location manager. He supposedly informed corporate office. 2. Portillo’s Elmhurst: I was told to call Portillo’s headquarters to lodge a complaint regarding double billing on my Citibank card 7/13/15, $11.65 and 7/13/15, $9.76.
