I was charged for services I didn't want. No one, also nowhere I could find to read, explained that you are automatically charged each month.

I had no idea because there is little transparency. I had two appointments in a row where most of my lashes fell out in a day or so.

I don't want to continue business with Deka Lash. The customer service rep refused a refund and told me I could use the membership I paid for against my will to get services I don't want.
