- - Booking on December 4 under 50% off; master lash tech fee would bring balance to $120.
- - Paid $100 cash + $10 tip; $40 charged vs $20; refund $20.
Again my tech wasn’t the problem…love my girl i just want the $20 refunded back asap
So i booked an appointment for December 4th for the 50% off deal so when i was done i shouldve been charged $100 but it was a master lash tech fee(not a problem) so it wouldve made my balance $120 i gave $100 in cash plus a $10 tip and only $20 shouldve came off my card/account instead it charged me $40 making my balance $140 and thats not correct so im just looking to get my refund on the extra $20 i was chargedNo problems with my tech (love her down) you alls system wasnt working properly or something but to be charged $140 when i booked under the 50% off is crazy

I was charged for services I didn't want. No one, also nowhere I could find to read, explained that you are automatically charged each month.
I had no idea because there is little transparency. I had two appointments in a row where most of my lashes fell out in a day or so.
I don't want to continue business with Deka Lash. The customer service rep refused a refund and told me I could use the membership I paid for against my will to get services I don't want.
