I have tried to contact you through your Zendesk but keep on recieving automated responses.
I ordered 100 credits and was charged $AUD 1.30 each despite them being advertised as $0.03 USD each.

Could you please refund this order ? I very much would like to use your service but prefer to be charged the correct amount.
