They sent shoes 2 sizes too big why do I have to pay for their incompetence?
I bought two pairs of shoes, and they are way too big and too wide by at least 2 sizes. The company is a fraud. No return address that should keep away.

Never. It's a Chinese company & it's cost prohibitive to send $69.90 sneakers back costing &227.41 for shipping. This company knows that , therefore it's scamming us.
The company will not send me a label & has no longer responded to my request. It's a Chinese company & I believe it's a scam. You can't return anything at those prices which are more than the shoes!!
