I was charged late fees for past due fees, they never explained to me the month to month contract and never called me to set up a payment for the charges they were trying to attempt

Extreme Overcrowding of a silver sneakers classic class at Defined Fitness Bosque Club in Albuquerque NM making it unsafe to participate. At least 50 in the class and some had no chairs and were standing in the back of the room trying to do the workout.
Class needs to be limited to no more than 30, with admittance to class denied when there are no more chairs available. Very dangerous situation for everyone in the class.

Dirty bathrooms no toilet paper dirty showers and only one employee for 100 people, where are your cleaning people?

I have been trying to reach out to see my account number for weeks now. No one has answered me, even on the customer service calls. This is extremely frustrating that I can not access my information.
Preferred solution: Actual help on receiving my own information I need to change my payment method.
