If you dont pay the premium shipping they take many weeks to send you the certificate and then you dont have it in time to take to court. This company is disgusting. Do not use this company. Find someone else with a better reputation.

Guaranteed ticket dismissal - certificate not received
- - Delivery promised 7–10 days for the certificate; not met.
- - Missed court; 2 callback messages and $35 overnight copy offered, not honoring guarantee.
They don't show 7-10 business days for delivery of completion certificate. Meanwhile I miss the court date and have to ask for a Just cause hearing.
All because I didn't receive my certificate. It's now over the 19 days. Let two messages for a callback in their customer service line. THEY DIdnt STAND UP TO THEIR GUARANTEE.
I have to show the judge why I didn't get my certificate.
They said I could pay $35 addl to get another copy overnighted. REALLY!

WORST DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE EVER
- - Forced breaks limit how you work the course.
- - You pay $25 and feel hustled; paused time counts against you and 12 missed questions end access.
they force you to take "breaks" and not let you work the entire course as much as you want , when you want. They have a time on anything so if you even walk away from your computer for a second it counts against you & then before you know if you miss 12 questions they terminate you from the course & don't let you back in!
IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH DEFESIVE DRIVING IN THE PAST. THEY TOOK MY $25 AND HUSTLED ME.
All they want is your money and nothing else. Look for another website don't ever use this website it is the worst!!!

DO NOT take this course! They *** you with a falsely advertising with no specified fine print ANYWHERE!
for getting your ticket dissmissed and if not a refund of $250 toward unpaid ticket..they make you wait on paying your fine and you will end up paying a late fee..I am a NJ driver and when I called to complain or get my ticket refund they say it's only for Texas drivers not the other states they allow to take this course..I told them it implies it's for everyone since nowhere does it state and I mean NOWHERE!
that it's only for Texas drivers..i tell them I will be writting a true unsatisfactory testimony on their page and the reps response is they don't care for it will just be taken down. they will give you the run around and you'll be conned into their course for false advertisement
