Unauthorized billing to my debit account

They access my phone somehow through my calander which had a alarm going off every 10 mints which said virus, & a skull on every day of every month, so I finally clicked on a date & it brought dfndr security pro up, to which I couldn't get off of my phone & even had to disable my phones calander. So today I get a unauthorized charge for 31.97 on my debit card for pro service a month. Which makes no sense beings that there ultra service which is a step up is only 5.89 a month. But no matter I didn't sign up for either and can't get it off my phone or even put my calander bk on because it continues to have virus, & skull on every date. All and they used Google to make the transaction so until u click on details it just looks like Google auto charged u and not dfndr security pro. I need help, any suggestions...???

Annual service contract scam

A year ago after experiencing computer problems, I contacted DefenderCare who told me they could fix my problems and give me their software and unlimited support for 5 years for $249. I accepted, they deleted my Norton coverage, installed DefenderCare and got my computer back in operation. I received a Certificate granting me the 5 years coverage, but only after I insisted on getting a hard copy of it. I now receive an email asking for $149 to renew the support for another year. During a phone call from them, I was told that I only have a one year support, but 5-years to use their software. I checked my computer for their software and discovered that it has been removed, as if it had an expiration date attached to it so it would self-remove if I never renewed. My 5-year Certificate is now worthless!
