- Website says to cancel via a link, but no cancellation email is received.
- No email appears in inbox or spam after entering the email.
They said in the website that to cancel my subscription, I need to click the link but when i clicked it and type my email add that i used, I did not get any email from them to cancel my subscription. I look at my spam and inbox but no email from them so I am a little lost here

- They billed the full year despite promising a free first month.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent and email to the Info email adress and got a reply very quikly
There is no way to contact anyone in case you have a subscription or login problem, and they simply charge you for the full year even thought they say that the fuirst month is free trial. If you sent them an email that answer by says that they are dealing with a large volume of requests and cannot answer in a timely manner. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

I had an account made in either 2 of my email accounts and and my password or email is incorrect so I somehow made another account with one of the same 2 email addresses I have to attempt to get help, it did not work, deep website requires for me to subscribe to your free trial premium plan again just to contact deep support. This is ridiculous, I wanna cancel my subscription, I remember I entered free trial at December and now somehow my account does not exist until your company of course charges my debit card. I wanna cancel my subscription, I cant get access to the account that I put my debit card credentials in, this company is ridiculously hard to reach.
