Dont buy deep amla there is a buttery chemicals on outside of amla
we bought couple of packets deep amla we found after we put outside
2 or 3 hours there is white colour chemicals outside like butter
and there is a smell also.all the amla like that.

Bad Mirch Masala Product, Missing manufacturing Dates
I bought Mirch Masala Boondi 12 OZ on 11/5/2023 from Shree-G Grocers in Dayton OH 45458. As soon as I opened the boondi packet, Boondi has a smell and also it taste bad, it looks like it has gone bad.
I checked the packet and found only written 174 23 and no expiration date. Its barcode is 0114*****.
What do you want me to do? Something is not right here.
I have seen your other product which has the expiry date. I like some of your mixture but now I have to think twice before buying.

- It is a criminal offense to remove the manufacturing date

We bought 3 packet of amla but when we put it out side from freezer there is some chemicals like past or butter out side
we bought couple of packet deep amla we found when we put outside from freezer afer couple of hors we found some chemicals they put it out side like butter . please don't buy these kind of items

Stale pink Guava slices
I recently bought frozen pack of gauva slices from Desi Mandi, here at Burlington, ON. The product pack has black/rotten slices in it.
It smells weird and made me to almost throw up. Best before date stamped on the back says good until end of November and it also says not to freeze the product once thawed. The store refused to issue us the refund for the product stating that the concern should be brought up to the manufacturer and not the store selling it. We've been a big advocate of everything DEEP.
We started out trying out frozen parathas and now entire freezer at my place is filled with your products.
This comment/complaint is in no way to get refund or anything out of it but just to bring the concern to the respective team to address the quality of the product as it negatively affects the image and the standard set by your other products. This wasn't expected from the house of DEEP.

Khasata Kachori poor quality
Hello Support,
I have generally find deep food of good quality.
However I was very disappointed at the poor quality of the kachori.
Reason;
1) very salty
2) most are hollow or very little filling like quarter to1/3 filled.
3) gor Gujarati Karachori supper small and maybe over fried to many broken inside.
It had beautiful quality fool and box packing but its like made by a back street poor quality stall.

the frozen dahi vada packets have a crunchy taste like there is a stone.
2 packets with similar issue. had to throw out the entire dahi wada made

Product is good but not expected this.
Purchased deep multigrane flour 20 lb opened it and while using got plastic 2 to 3 inch thread in atta its really shocking to see and how its possible such things in packed products. I am really scared to use packed products like flours and all. Uploading some of pictures.
