False guarantees

I ordered a rug that came with a free rug pad, and requested a price match based on the website's price match guarantee: "Just send us the competitors coupon by email or call us by phone with your discount coupon and we will accept it, giving you the same promotion or discount. We will also include a FREE MSM area rug pad providing you with the best possible price on the internet." The price match was accepted, and my order confirmation listed the rug & pad. When the rug came, there was no pad. I called the company and was told that the price match cancelled the free rug pad, because those were two coupons and couldn't be applied to the same order. This is in direct conflict with the guarantee stated on the website, and was blamed on "technical updates" that couldn't show the true order on my confirmation page. I would have been happy to just get the free rug pad had I known about this conflict months ago when I placed my order, but I was never informed. Overall, the rug is great, but its a rug you can get from any other company for a similar price, and the customer service at this company is horrendous. Save your time and look elsewhere, this company has no problem lying to you.

Card billed-rugs never shipped

Same story as every other customer from Decora Rugs-credit card charged, rugs never shipped. Every email I received back from them became more nasty, your rug will ship tomorrow!! I would have given this company a break if they showed one ounce of remorse for charging my credit card and never shipping product. Their snippy snotty attitude with me like I had the nerve to inquire when my order was shipping left a bad taste in my mouth-Seriously its only $100.00-not going to break the bank but after reading all the other posts about the company I realize I am not the only victim. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO SHUT ITS DOORS!!

Decora rugs

Don't order from this company,very bad business practices. Charged my credit card from day one for a rug that was never delivered. I was told for 3 months the rug would ship "tomorrow" which never happened. When I told them I was going to call the BBB they became very nasty and threating and still no rug. In reading other reviews this company is in finical trouble and has complaints aganist them from the BBB. Please save yourself the trouble and do not under any situation order anything from this company. THIS IS NOT A RELILABLE COMPANY< AND ALL CORASPONDANCE IS BY EMAIL
