Resolved: Didnt receive package

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The only step I took is called explained and was told what happened snd got my full refund.

Didn't receive my package and had to look who to contac Phone US by mistake and he gave me the Canada number. I was told my package was damaged but if I didn't try to contac yous I would of never known and pd for something I didn't receive. I also didn't receive a refund on my credit card for $100.40 the cents might be off. When will that refund come in as pkg was returned on Sat. March 29th

User's recommendation: Call pissed consumers as they will help you right away. I wasn't pissed more annoyed at not getting the right information about my pkg. They told me what happened and saved me the time of sending it back. Refunded my credit card but takes a couple of days to get.

great product, awesome customer service, will definitely purchase in the future, all you need to do is ask for specs so you dont go arround returning stuff just because you imagine you will got something that is not for not having the correct information.

They never sent us our postage fees as we were told in their profile, despite many calls to their only customer service representative Claudia. Just a continued reply from Claudia they Ill be taking care of this refund. Though its not a lot of money, but more principal.
