Decoden.eu Took My Money and Never Delivered – Terrible Experience
I had an awful experience with Decoden.eu and want to warn others. I ordered a product from them, paid in full, and waited patiently for it to arrive.
They never shipped the product.
Trying to get in touch with their customer service has been beyond frustrating. Most of the time, they dont respond at all, and when they finally do (after multiple follow-ups), their responses are condescending and completely unhelpful. They just give you the runaround without any real solutions.
Ive tried everything I can to get them to either ship the product or issue a refund, but it seems like they have no intention of resolving the issue.
Avoid Decoden.eu at all costs.
Theyre unreliable and their customer service is a joke. Save yourself the stress and your money by going elsewhere.
