Poor Customer Service

Horrendous customer service. Their website can glitch when ordering making you think your order went through when it didn't and then they refuse to honor it. I have a very disappointed kid who now cannot have a warmup shirt like the rest of her team. I wouldn't recommend this company for team or group orders in the least.
