Lipstick won't work
I have ordered twice from them and this time one of my lipsticks does not pump up. It gets jammed. At 28 dollars I cant afford to just ignore it. The order was from Elaine scienzo-ryan 44 red tail trail Tiverton RI 02878.please answer this complaint. I paid through PayPal and have NOT yet made a complaint with them. Cell phone 401. 632-****
