Groupon package not honored!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased a package treatment plan via a groupon as a gift for my mother so she could have 4 treatments for spider veins. Decatur Vein Clinic honored 2 of the 4 sessions, then advised my parents that the clinic was closing for good.

My mother being in her early 70's took their word and just let it go. I've driven by the location on Meridian several times this past year and noticed, it's exactly in the same place and did not see any signage stating they had moved or were closing.

Bad business practices without a doubt. It was definitely a rip off even though bought at a discount through Groupon.

Ineffective treatment

they stink! you never see a dr.

and they skimp on the injections you pay for. NO results!!! "Decatur Vein Clinic is a rip off! You pay for the syringes ($300 a treatment) and then you buy support hose for around $70.

my first treatment was 15 minutes long. The second was 45 minutes (different tech). At the end of 45 minutes she said my 45 minutes were up. So what did the first tech do with the syringes I paid for?

And why is it 45 minutes when you pay for each syringe? Oh i got taken alright. NO results from either treatment. Go somewhere else!

They are aweful and very unprofessional.

Just sit in the waiting room and you will see. They don't even know who you are because they are too busy with personal phone calls.

Decatur vein clinic

Make sure you understand how much out-of-pocket your precedure costs. In my opinion, the clinic misinformed us as to how much we would be paying after insurance.

I had to call them several times about how much we would pay after the insurance kicked in. At first they said that they did not know and told us to find out. I thought this was a bit *** because I had no idea how much these procedures cost. I told them to just forget it.

Tey called me back and told us they would be glad to help us.

They conveniently forgot a few things when they called back and quoted us prices. I called them after I got the bill, and they basically said, sorry about your luck.

They did not tell the truth as to how much I would pay after insurance. Do not go to these people unless you know exactly how much.

Also my legs are almost as bad as before the surgery was done.

I would never go to them again!!!
