Ordered from this site and sent me wrong size product. They are not willing to make things right.
Horrible customer service. Buyers beware of getting ripped off.
Dont be scammed.
This back yard operation cannot deliver on what they claim. Multiple complaints have been filed against this company and they continue to scam consumer after consumer.
There is a complete lack of quality control when developing their product and customer service is nil.
Do not expect to get any answers to your emails when something goes wrong with your order.
Do not waste your time with this company, spend your money elsewhere.
They think they can hide behind PO boxes in the US while operating in Canada.
Well, we are coming for you and its going to cost you a LOT of money. :)

I had purchased THREE sets of decals from this company (my cars keep getting written off, wildlife and *** drivers). Not long ago, someone backed into my passenger side door, and it was repairable, but the decal needed to be removed.
I emailed the company asking if there was any way I could buy just the one side. I had been a loyal customer for years, and it was not a custom decal, it was one of theirs. I didn't so much as get a reply.
That was about three months ago, and I've been driving around with one blank side of my car since, because the *** if I'm going to order from this company again, if they can't even take the time to SEND AN EMAIL to someone who's spent over $300 on their products. I'm not holding my breath for an email, and come summer, I'm ordering from a different company.
Windshield banner has perforations down both sides...
I ordered a 'windshield' banner shade from these guys. It arrived and has perforations down both long edges.
Looks nothing like what is pictured online. Have sent 2 emails, no reply. I'm either going to have to cut off the perforations on the long edges and try to make this work or order something else. If I don't hear back from them I will try to make it work, if not I'll call my card company and reverse the charges.

Ordered sunscreen for truck
I ordered a back window sun screen for my 1960 chevy truck, an when I get it, it has a GET CREATIVE PRINTED ON IT.THATS IN BOLDER LETTERS THAN MY NAME. ALL I WANTED ON IT WAS;; LITTLE ROCKS APACHE,, I HAVE EMAILED THEM FOR A WEEK IN REGUARDS TO THE MISHAPS, WITH NO REPLY ,,,THEY REFUSE TO EVEN ANSWER MY EMAIL.WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT WHERE THEY WON;T EVEN SPECK TO A CUSTOMER, AN THEY MAKE SURE YOU CAN T CONTACT THEM ANY OTHER WAY, THAN THROUGH EMAILS,,, THATS FUNNY BUSINESS TOOO''''''they could at least anwered with there policy ***,, its not the money its how they acted like inconsiderated *** I am sure I ain t the frist nor will I b the last person the ignore.thank u Ronnie
I not receive my car decal item.
I bought one pair body decal price is over $300.00 and rear window decal over $100.00 on january 19 2014 now almost OVER TWO WEEKS i not received until FEBRUARY 5 2014 but i send to email many time they not reply to email me so i lost near $500.00.also that decal agent they haven't customer service PHONE NUMBER.So BAD SELLER.no care the buyer.my body decal item is one pair of american flag with eagle and other rear window decal is same design american flag and with eagle now i waiting almost over two weeks the company not connect to my email and not ship to my decal item never no phone number in that company w-side. why not put in phone number.
No Customer Service
Decal Driveway did send the other decal so apparently they got my emails. They did not answer a single email I sent to them or let me know they were going to the other one.
In the mean time, we ordered some from another company so now we have have two sets.
Still not happy since they didn't bother answering my concerns and we ended up ordering another set but at least they did send it. Would not do business with them again since they do not answer emails and there is not a telephone listed on their website.
We ordered two small signs to put on both sides of my wife's car. When the order arrived, only one sign was in the package.
After half a dozen unanswered emails, I give up. They do not list a telephone number on their website. Don't let the nice website fool you. We'll just write off the $30+ to a "shade tree company".
My advice is to stay away from this bunch of bandits on the web.
If they ever decide to make this right with us, I'll come back state it here. But we not going to hold our breath.
Decals are ***!!!
I ordered 2 sets of Racing stripes for my classic Nova, 1 black and 1 white carbon fiber. The White is USELESS! It has so little adhesive it's NOT even sticking to the backing paper. The Black is TOOO WIDE and has perforated edges. I will have to cut to size before I can "attempt" to install these and it's NOT very sticky either.
I have sent several emails with no responses and cannot find a telephone to call anyone. Have been trying for 3-4 weeks.......NOTHING! At a total loss.
ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSES to my emails!

Decaldriveway.com -Useless decals
Sent artwork... looked perfect on order printout. Received totally unacceptable decals. Look nothing like artwork sample we sent. No returns. No credit. No redo. Decals (4) go in the trash and I am out the $$$.
If you order, keep your fingers crossed it comes out with correct artwork. Otherwise you are stuck.
No returns. No credit. No redo. Called for adjustment or redo, but answer was sorry, we don't do that. No returns. No credit. No redo. Our decals were company name/logo for doors of new trucks. So don't try to get company logo for vehicle, they cannot do that type of work.
Decal driveway refuses to look into my order
Have made two orders to decal driveway first order came no issues. Made second order 2 weeks ago have not received the order have sent multiple emails to them with no reply back to me at all.
I was dying them out for more future business but after this I will take business elsewhere. I have never had any issues like this or any professional business that does not have a phone number to call for customer service. I own.
Automotive website which I will share my experience with decal driveway on. I will not ever go back to.them again and will detour any person I know away from.them.
Sent me the wrong item, accepted the return, and kept my money

I ordered a sticker for my back window. When I got it, it wasn't the right item.
I had a confirmation email from them that I could return it and get a new one. So I returned the sticker and never got a new one. They kept my payment. I asked them repeatedly to either credit my credit card or send me the sticker I wanted.
I was ignored. After the confirmation email for the return, no one ever returned my emails.
There is no phone number on the website. They took my money and ran.
