Fight in shop

Dobbies garden world birtley. There was a fight that broke out on there main check out area where a member of staff was attacked by another younger thug. The mananger i think, and a rather dizzy female superviser was saying she was too busy with tills to deal with it and more interested in how she looked and talking on with a spikey haired man. this situation went on far to long and was not taken care of in a proffesssional manner. i would seriously remove these two people from that shop an make them relearn there customer service skills. There reply was its delt with what more do you want.
