I bought a new vacuum seal vacuum and they came. It was used. It had batteries in it that didn’t match. They leaked all over the unit and I was never able to use it. I have sent many messages I’ve

I purchased a genius VAC it came to me. It was used.
It had mismatched batteries, and the battery compartment and they leaked all over the unit causing extreme corrosion. I was not able to use the unit.
I have sent numerous emails many text messages and customer service phone calls, and I never received any replies. The unit cost me a little more than $20 but thats not the point the point is I dont know where else I can buy one, and I dont think Id ever buy one of her products again.

Flawed product after paying for it
- - The unit arrived with mismatched batteries that leaked and ruined it.
- - They never replied to my messages; I won’t buy again unless contacted.
I ordered the Debbie Meyer, genius VAC it was sent to me with the batteries inside the battery compartment. None of the batteries matched.
They leaked all over the battery compartment therefore causing the whole unit to be ruined it didnt cost me that much but the point is, Ive contacted the company several times theyve never even reached out to me and acknowledged my communication. Therefore, I think their customer service sucks and I will never ever buy their product again unless they contact me, my name is George and my contact information I sent to them.

Hello, once again this review has nothing to do with Debbie Meyer GreenBags, It is for a product (Debbie Meyer GeniusVac) that was discontinued over 10 years ago. This item must have been been purchased second hand for a reseller either on eBay or possibly a flea market. It also very well could be counterfeit since Debbie has not sold this item on HSN for over 10 years.

Debbie Myer Green bags do not work!
- - Bought green bags and stored dry lettuce as directed.
- - Within 4 days the lettuce wilted and became slimy; the ad seemed misleading.
I purchased the green bags last week, put my fresh lettuce (which was dry) in the bag and folded it over as directed. Within 4 days, my fresh lettuce was brown and wilted.
The bag was dotted with moisture inside and my lettuce was slimey! My husband told me that those green bags were a crock..the ad makes it sound so good, I can see why people get decived. Trouble is, you have to spend money to find that out!

Green Bags have been sold since the 80's sorry that you were one of the unfortunate ones who must have recieved bag bags. They do work.
There are several reasons that the bags may not work. 1. a small hole not seen. 2.
Defective bag (this does happen) not often though. Moisture buildup. Place a paper towel in the bag to remove moisture.

What more do I need to say. Nothing on the commercial is true. Bananas rotted faster in the bags. Ruined a weeks worth of produce in these things.
Even consumer reports said that the zip lock bag does a better job. And you cannot get anyone on the phone there. Plus no way to send a complaint to them. Ripoffs.
They are all over flea markets already trying to unload them. Of course when you call they try to sell you a bunch of other junk and its all automated so you dont talk to a person.
I say go get a bag of zip lock bags and leave these duds alone.
Humm. I bought some on eBay at a fraction of the retail cost a few weeks ago and they work great.
