Poor Service Department

I made an appointment to have my 21 Street Glide rear brake looked at. Appointment was Nov 2 @ 1130. On Nov 3 @ 1245 I called to check on status of bike. I was told my bike was next in line for service. On Thursday Nov 4th @ 1100 I called for status on my bike and once again they stated my bike was next in line for service. They had my bike for 3 days and never looked at it. I got my bike back and decided to talk to another dealership an hour away. They told me what I needed to do to fix this minor problem. Great customer service from Quaid Harley-Davidson. Death Valley sold me the bike, but they forgot about taking care of its customers after selling the bike to us.

User's recommendation: Shop around for a new bike. Look at the reviews for your dealership.
