They claim to have upfront pricing. but don't be fooled

Called Deans to see if they would work with my home warranty company, I was told they would.I made it clear that they had to have the work pre-approved. Furthermore, I signed up with their rewards and gave them my card info. Next thing I know they are calling me at work to tell me what needs to be done, and I tried to explain that, they needed to get approval, but it was lunchtime, and I was busy, so I said to go ahead with the work, not expecting them to charge me, but to bill the warranty company. I called them to discuss this issue and was now told that they don't work directly with the warranty company
