Long wait time
I heard a lot of good things about your company. This isn't my experience.
Very disappointed
Normally I'm forgiving and understanding. Your company's support is absolutely horrible.
I was very excited to sign up with your company. I waited a few weeks to get my things in order. Today was the day I signed up and a few hours later I canceled.
The excitement quickly faded in a few hours.
I was waiting for a chat response for well over 30 minutes twice each time. This is my initial experience with your company. It's horrible. Your support is horrible.
You can make all the youtube videos but if you don't help your paying customers. They'll respond like me. CANCEL
I have options there's other services that can get me phone numbers. That's all I want.
Yes, I'll have to jump through some hoops getting the phone numbers and pay more money which I will gladly do if I will receive service. I have questions and I need answers.
I do not have time to wait 30 minutes for an answer.
If you can't provide service people will abandon you And you will have no subscribers. No income equals no company.
