Refused to refund my money

I went online and order 2 products called lines away Fullerene Placenta while I was at the dentist I got an email my package was delivered , at the door and since you need to be buzzed in order to deliver anything so whomever the carrier gave it to it wasn't me unless I can be in two places at the same time, so I emailed them and told them I wasn't home when the carrier claim deliver. I asked them to track down the carrier to find out exactly who my package was given to, they replied with. We're sorry, but we're unable to issue a replacement or refund, as we have sent your package to your address I provided. They hired a company called Worldwide package when I google it's called 17 track which I have yet to get a reply from them to find the carrier the number that is associated with the item on my card statement when I called it all it keeps saying is my call can't be completed as dial, so I asked a rep from my card to call it, and she got the same thing, so she told me to file a claim dispute which I did. I was told by this company that once it has been shipped it's up to the carrier to get me my package I told them when I pay my money it's their job to make sure I get my package or a refund which they refused to do either my opinions I think it's all a scam because if it was legit then why not track down the driver instead of me having to bring my credit card company into it because when it's all said and done right will be on my side User's recommendation: please do not order anything from this company you will regret
