Terrible, unethical, unhelpful, and dishonest company.

AI Highlights
  • - Prices raised without warning.
  • - Reps rarely respond; weeks pass without help.
  • - They push a 12-month renewal and threaten legal action.

It's 2025, and nothing has changed with this company. You can easily read just about anywhere on the internet, and virtually every other terrible review is exactly the same experience we've had and are still currently having.

From prices being raised with no warning or approval, to frequently never - and I mean never - getting a response from our account reps, to routinely going for weeks with no response when trying to reach out to anyone else with problems after our account reps either completely forget about you or willfully ignore requests for help, to being told we are locked in for another 12 month contract though we attempted to cancel well before the next renewal period, which our account rep never even mentioned was upcoming, and conveniently only responded after it was literally the week after it was supposedly too late to get out of an additional $7,000+ contract, with absolutely zero assistance, discount, etc. for trying to get out early. In fact, we still have six months to go, and instead of any kind of willingness or understanding even at this point, they chose to go the route of insisting that if we try to get out of it they intend to pursue legal action to charge for the full extent the contract allows (which, mind you, this contract that they like to reference has never been signed or authorized by any member of ownership within our company - and never even so much has been referenced until now since 2018). Character limitations on internet reviews would not allow enough words for me to adequately describe how dishonest, negligent, and unethical this company chooses to operate.

I would recommend everyone to consider literally any other company for their website services. Actually, having no website at all would likely be a better choice for your company than choosing to do business with this one.

Loss:
$7000
Cons:
  • Unethical companies out there
  • Being one of the most terrible

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Any other business would be better for your website needs.

  • - Danielle said 3-4 used double trailers were $550-850.
  • - One used double trailer was found at $849, but out-the-door price exceeded $1500 after fees.

I'm looking for a double jetski trailer. I spoke with Danielle at Ride Now Powersports of Chandler and she told me over the phone they had 3-4 used double trailers for a price of $550-850.

I asked several questions because I didn't want to drive from Surprise to Chandler for nothing. Danielle assured me they had what I needed. We drove over there and was told that she was not there. Brady in sales came out to talk with us.

Brady could not locate the trailers she told us about. He went into the sales room to ask Danielle where the trailers were located, but she wouldn't talk to us. Brady led us all over the downstairs, upstairs (30,000 sq ft) and outside but still no trailers. He finally located and showed us the 1 and only used double trailer on the place for an $849 sales price.

He went into the sales office and came out with an out the door price of over $1500 after they tacked on a bunch of fees.

Loss:
$100

Preferred solution: They can sell and deliver to us the only used trailer we were shown for a total price of $849 or compensate our time and travel with a check for $100
