CROOKED SHOP! SCAM SCAM!

Sent my truck for a tune up. Told them specifically do not go over $200 without calling me .
Just a tune up! Two weeks went by and no call from this shop about my truck.I called multiple times with no response. Lavern a one man operation called me back and said I have a bill for over $900! I was shocked .
Keep in mind this is a cheap old work truck . I told him I never signed anything much less gave him authority on this work amount. He told me that's what he had to do to fix the truck. Of course he wouldn't let me leave without paying this fake bill.When I got the truck it would not even crank up.
I had to get a neighbor to jump the truck just to start it. 1 mile down the road the truck broke down and I had to get it towed to another shop.
The new mechanic told me he discovered most of the work never got done!!! The truck is still not fixed and I just got charged and robbed for work that was never done!
