We booked a superior room based on the photos on your web site they looked light and airey. What we got was more like a dungeon and the decor matched the pictures of a guest room.

You cant see out of the window and the blind wouldnt open surely this should have been dealt with before the room was let. Come to go to bed, bedside light has no bulb. Come to get into bed you can feel every spring and the frame of the bed, my partner and I rolled together all night . My husband has severe arthritis and found moving in the bed very difficult.

We questioned the receptionist about the room and she insisted it was a superior room we said how disappointed we were hut she just smiled.

This weekend was a treat. Wished we had gone to Premier Inn where the service is second to none
