Dll loan sharks
- - Financed a tractor with DLL in 2022 and did a repo.
- - DLL stopped withdrawals in 2024 and issued a 1099A; debt collector called 6/3/25 about canceled debt.
It is DLL, LLC I filed on and have not hear a response.
I finnanced a tractor from DLL in 2022, unable to pay for tractor did a voluntary repo in agreement to pay balance after tractor went to auction. Payments came out of my account in 2024 as agreed upon.
DlL stopped withdrawals and sent a 1099A in 2025 for cancellation of debt. In the process of paying IRS who received 1099A also. All is well until today 6/3/25 a debt collection company called to collect on the canceled debt.
I believe this is illegal. I want to warn people to stay away from DLL Finance they will bleed you dry.stay away
